On March 4 of this year, the Committee of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis on Budget and Economic Reforms held a seminar dedicated to the discussion of the draft law “On Insurance Activities”, which was attended by deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, representatives of the Agency for the Development of the Insurance Market under the Ministry of Finance, insurance companies, experts and industry specialists.

Currently, the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis is discussing in the second reading the draft law "On official statistics."

In order to familiarize the general public with the purpose and content of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-677 "On Auditing Activities", developed to create an effective organizational and legal mechanism for regulating auditing activities based on international principles and best foreign experience, a round table was organized jointly with the Ministry of Finance and the Tashkent Financial Institute on March 1, 2021 with the participation of senior employees of the Tashkent Financial Institute, republican public associations of auditors, specialists of international audit organizations, faculty, and students.
