As reported by the Press Service of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, the delegation of Uzbekistan visits the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

On July 12, 2018, the World Bank delegation led by Vice President for Europe and Central Asia Cyril Muller arrived in Tashkent. This was reported by the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

“We are very pleased to visit Uzbekistan and are interested in intensifying the dialogue. Moscow took a course on creation of financial centers. The idea of creating an international financial center within the CIS is relevant, and we see that Uzbekistan in terms of volume and turnover of capital can become a financial center in the CIS. We hope for speedy implementation of ideas”, – said Igor Suvorov, President of the Interstate Bank, during the negotiations.

The number of new enterprises equipped with modern weaving and sewing equipment increases in Bukhara region from year to year. The textile enterprise, subordinated to Jasmin Choy Invest LLC is one of such perspective projects.

In order to further develop trade and economic relations between Uzbekistan and Pakistan, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan jointly with the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Islamabad organized a visit of business circles to Uzbekistan led by Deputy Chairman of Uzbekistan – Pakistan Business Council Vasik Ali Khan.

Heads of “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” (Uzbekistan Textile Industry) Association met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Uzbekistan Nobuaki Ito.

A meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Uzbekistan Gunter Overfeld was held at “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” (Uzbekistan Textile Industry) Association. 

On July 3, a meeting of young entrepreneurs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

On July 2, 2018, the Ministry for Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with the delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria led by the Chairperson of the Friendship Group Bulgaria – Uzbekistan Adlen Shukri Shevked. 

A meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Uzbekistan Jian Yang was held at “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” (Uzbekistan Textile Industry) Association.
