On August 2, within the framework of MATTA International Fair, which will be held on September 7-9 in Kuala Lumpur, the State Committee for Tourism Development jointly with the Embassy of Malaysia and Uzbekistan Airways organized a B2B meeting with tour operators of Uzbekistan and Malaysia.

In order to increase the image, popularity and attractiveness of Uzbekistan in the world ranking, to ensure the accelerated development of tourism through the introduction of a monitoring and quality management system in service at tourism infrastructure facilities, the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development jointly with the Interactive System Company began the development and implementation of the project of “Hospitality Contract” program – system for monitoring and managing the service quality.

The State Committee for Tourism Development carries out systematic work on holding events within the framework of the “Year of Uzbekistan in Kazakhstan”.

Representatives of the Indonesian company Sahid Hotels & Resorts got acquainted with projects of Imam al-Bukhari memorial complex. During the acquaintance, they showed interest in building their hotel complex on its territory, the Press Service of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.

On July 21, representatives of the Indonesian company Sahid Hotels & Resorts visited Silk Road International University. A memorandum of mutual cooperation, exchange of students between the universities was signed between Silk Road International University and the university of the company of the Indonesian delegation.

A meeting with the delegation of Gastronomy Tourism Association of Turkey led by the Association’s President Gürkan Boztepe was held at the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development within the framework of the visit of the Turkish delegation to Uzbekistan on July 10-14.
