Belarus – Uzbekistan Agrarian Forum and an exhibition of products of enterprises of the two countries has kicked off in Tashkent.

The First Belarus – Uzbekistan Agrarian Forum kicks off in Tashkent. It is attended by a delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus, about 70 companies operating in this sphere, representatives of scientific institutions, machine-building enterprises.

On February 24, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting to discuss plans for reforming chemical industry and main tasks facing the industry this year.

On February 14, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev chaired a videoconference session to discuss the effective organization of the activity of fruit and vegetable clusters, and gradual phasing out of the cotton and grain harvesting system for state needs.
