Belarus – Uzbekistan Agrarian Forum kicks off in Tashkent

The First Belarus – Uzbekistan Agrarian Forum kicks off in Tashkent. It is attended by a delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus, about 70 companies operating in this sphere, representatives of scientific institutions, machine-building enterprises.
The event is organized by Produkt.by magazine, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus and the Embassy of Belarus in Uzbekistan.
The forum is also co-organized by the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Belarus.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aziz Abdukhakimov and Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Dvornik addressed the event.
The event also includes the exhibition of products of Belarusian agro-industry and machine-building enterprises. Participants will get acquainted with export opportunities of Belarus in agrarian sphere, actual aspects of scientific provision of development of agro-industrial production, prospects of cooperation between Belarus and Uzbekistan in various areas of agriculture and mechanical engineering, agro-industrial sector.
The forum continues its work.
