Recently, a meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev with deputies of Jokargy Kenes and activists of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was held in Nukus. 

The general plan of Nukus, developed at the initiative of the President of our country for the period until 2035, includes large-scale creative projects aimed at socio-economic development of the city, improving the infrastructure and living conditions of the population. 

On December 15, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
