Meeting of the Council of Heads of the Founder States of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea has started in Avaza tourism zone in the city of Turkmenbashi.

On July 19, 2018, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada with the residence in Moscow John Ronald Kur, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan.

On 16 July 2018, the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a residence in Kuwait Bahromjon Aloyev presented his credentials to the Deputy Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Abdullah Bin Hamad Al Thani. 

On July 17, 2018, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the delegation of the State of Qatar led by the Director of Asian Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Khalid Ibrahim Abdulrahman Al-Hamar.

On July 16, 2018, a meeting with the State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan Kazuyuki Nakane was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov met with a delegation led by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda, in Fergana. The meeting was attended by heads of ministries and departments, economic structures of the two countries.

On July 13, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated the President of the Republic of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic on the national holiday – Statehood Day.
