External Affairs Minister of India to visit Uzbekistan

On August 4, 2018, the External Affairs Minister of the Republic of India Sushma Swaraj will arrive in Tashkent.
It is expected that the Indian delegation will be received by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the visit agenda also includes meetings and negotiations of the External Affairs Minister of India with the leadership of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, the Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, during which it is planned to discuss practical aspects of further development of Uzbekistan – India cooperation, as well as current issues on the international agenda.
