On April 15-16, 2019, Uzbekistan delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister Dilshod Akhatov visited Romania, presiding in the first half of the year in the European Union.

On April 11-17, 2019, Samarkand hosted the regular meeting of delegations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tajikistan to agree on organizational and legal issues of Uzbekistan – Tajikistan State border demarcation.

On April 17, 2019, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received a delegation of the French Republic led by the Co-Chairman of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, the Secretary of State to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne.

Tashkent hosted a roundtable discussion on “Uzbekistan – China: Developing cooperation within the framework of One Belt One Road initiative", organized by the Committee on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties with Foreign Countries under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the assistance of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China and partner organizations.
