President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in the city of Istanbul to participate in the events of the next summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States.

On November 11, 2021, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for Turkey to attend the Eighth Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States.

During his visit to Namangan region, Uzbekistan’s President gave several instructions to responsible persons to study the history of the Akhsikent memorial complex in Turakurgan district and conduct extensive research on this territory.
