On March 24, 2017, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Shaie, who is completing his diplomatic mission in our country.

The sides exchanged views on the state and prospects of bilateral relations in the political, trade and economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian and other areas.

During the meeting, the Ambassador’s efficient work in 2011-2017 has been noted. As has been mentioned, cooperation between Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia has consistently developed and strengthened during this period.

The Ambassador, for his part, expressed gratitude to the Uzbek side for the practical support of his diplomatic activities in Uzbekistan.
