Meeting with a member of the board of Directors of the Republic of Estonia

On June 22 of this year, the first place of the minister of Economic development and poverty reduction Ilkhom Nurkulov met with the delegation headed by Galina Nikitina, director of the board of the Republic of Estonia, Oleg Karelin, technical director and Baymskhamedov Iskandar, Chief Specialist of the main Planning Department of the Tashkent City Construction Department.
It is known that at the Republican level, the sphere of urbanization is developing rapidly. In this regard, during the meeting Ilkhom Norkulov, the first place of the minister, gave information about the large-scale reforms in the field of urbanization in Uzbekistan. Galina Nikitina, a member of the board of Directors of the Republic of Estonia, also expressed her views on the large-scale work carried out in our country. At the same time, he also expressed his views on the current research.
At the meeting, technical director Oleg Karelin gave information about the digital experience of the city of Tallinn in Estonia and about the standards of change in the urbanization of the city during each period. Particular attention was paid to the transformation of urban planning into a single digital model and the topic of standards adopted in this regard. In the urbanization strategy, proposals on the master plan and the model of digital planning on the global trends were analyzed in depth.
During the conversation in the field of urbanization throughout the territory of Uzbekistan the views expressed on the use of modern IT technologies and its solutions, the introduction of advanced innovative technologies for city management and development. The main theme of the meeting was "Smart village", that is, the exchange of views on the restoration of cities and thereby improving the living conditions of the population.
