On April 9, the representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Police of Ukraine held a videoconference to discuss cooperation and the organization of the Uzbek-Ukrainian interagency coordination working group and the legal framework between the ministries.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on establishing relations between the law enforcement agencies of Uzbekistan and Ukraine. They agreed on the organization of a working group between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries. The parties exchanged ideas on the development of an interagency agreement draft.

Following the meeting, the sides agreed on new areas of cooperation in law enforcement and the development of an interagency agreement between the ministries of the two countries.
