Uzbekistan’s Deputy FM holds talks with Belarusian Ambassador

On August 6, 2020, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Nematov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus Leonid Marinich, Uzbekistan MFA reports.
At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on prospects for deepening Uzbekistan – Belarus relations and noted the steady development of bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
The parties discussed the schedule of the upcoming joint events, including the issue of holding the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on bilateral cooperation, as well as Made in Belarus exhibition in autumn 2020 in Tashkent.
