Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. Abdukhakimov met with a group of Austrian entrepreneurs led by the Founder and CEO of C-Quadrat Investment Group, Alexander Schütz.
The Austrian delegation became acquainted with large-scale reforms being carried out for development of tourism sector, diversifying the tourism product, as well as conditions, benefits and preferences created for infrastructure projects.
In turn, Alexander Schütz noted that C-Quadrat Investment Group is studying the issue of opening a representative office for Central Asia in Tashkent in order to actively participate in investment and financial projects, reforming state enterprises and facilities with implementation of the best Western management standards. Taking into account the increasing flow of foreign tourists, the group is also interested in investing in construction of a network of small hotels in the country.
