Views were exchanged on the state and practice of applying legislative acts and liberalizing the country’s tax legislation in the telecommunications sector.

 

The VEON Group of Companies, supporting effective reforms implemented in Uzbekistan, expressed its readiness to continue its participation in investment projects aimed at improving the organizational and institutional foundations of the digital economy and e-government, developing telecommunications infrastructure, and expanding the broadband use of the Internet, development and modernization of a mobile communication network and other telecommunication services within the framework of the 2020 state program.
