Alisher Navoi and the 21st Century

On February 8, 2020, Tashkent State University of Uzbek language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi held an international scientific and theoretical conference on the topic “Alisher Navoi and the 21st century”.

Alisher Navoi made a worthy contribution to the development of the world literature and science with his wise  works, meaningful way of life, unique scientific and creative heritage. Navoi's creativity has been teaching humanity a lesson of goodness for centuries. It is worth noting that  studying and teaching Alisher Navoi's Works has reached a new level to this day. The systematic work carried out in the field of Navoiy studies at Tashkent State University of Uzbek language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi is literally the result of attention and respect for the spirituality of our nation.

This year, In the fourth conference  scientists and linguists from more than ten countries of the world were attended.The professors of the leading universities of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, Tajikistan and other countries gave a special assessment to the great heritage and role of Navoi in world literature, as well as the policy of spiritual education priority, which is currently being implemented in Uzbekistan.

The conference was opened by the  rector of Tashkent State University of Uzbek language and Literature named after Alisher Navoi, doctor of philological sciences, professor Shuhrat Sirojiddinov and congratulated the  participants with the 579-year anniversary of our great ancestor. The head of TIKA Ali Ihsan Çağlar, the representative of Moscow State Linguistic University - Vladimir.
