Publication of a famous poem in English

National Library of Uzbekistan hosted the presentation of Alisher Navoi’s Farhod and Shirin in English.
The poet and translator Azam Obid translated the poem into English. According to him, Farhod and Shirin was translated for English-speaking readers based on the prosaic narrative of Gafur Gulam. This work has so far been published in a circulation of 3 thousand copies. It is planned to republish it in large circulation in India.
Now visitors to the National Library can read the poem of the great thinker and poet Alisher Navoi, Farhod and Shirin, in English.
