The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted the first international conference on “Renewed Uzbekistan – a new generation of personnel”.
The conference, organized by the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation, was attended by over 300 graduates of the Umid Foundation, who arrived from 18 countries, such as the USA, the UK, Germany, Canada, Japan, Australia, South Korea.
At the conference, which lasted two days, our compatriots holding senior positions in the ministries and agencies of the country, working abroad, analyzed the results of large-scale reforms led by the Head of the state. The opinion of experts on the effective implementation of long-term plans was studied, issues of further democratization of society, modernization of public administration, support for reforms based on the principles of a market economy were discussed.
At the plenary session of the conference, reports were presented by graduates of the Umid Foundation, specialists currently working in senior positions in the ministries.
