Belt and Road project strengthens Uzbekistan – China cooperation

On November 21, Tashkent hosted a scientific conference on Uzbekistan – China cooperation within the framework of Belt and Road project.
The event, organized by the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Development Strategy Center and China’s Embassy in Uzbekistan, was dedicated to cooperation of the two countries within the framework of Belt and Road project.
At the event, First Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade A.Abdualiyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Akhatov, Government Special Envoy for Eurasian Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Li Hui noted that Uzbekistan – China cooperation is beneficial for both sides, helps to strengthen friendly ties between people.
It was noted that cooperation within the framework of Belt and Road project will further strengthen friendly relations between the two countries.
