On November 8, 2019, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received a group of American experts led by Director of Eurasia Center of the Atlantic Council, former US Ambassador to Uzbekistan John Edward Herbst.

Welcoming the guests, the Minister noted the timeliness of the visit of a representative delegation of American experts during large-scale changes taking place in all areas.

Priority areas of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Atlantic Council and other key think tanks of the United States were discussed at the meeting.
