Guests from Tajikistan visit Samarkand

Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Shukurjon Zukhurov, accompanied by the Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan N.Ismailov, arrived in Samarkand on October 8.
Representatives of Tajikistan’s Parliament visited the mausoleum of Islam Karimov and commemorated the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Guests also visited the complex and International Research Center of Imam Bukhari. They were informed about construction activities and plans for the future.
Members of the delegation also got acquainted with Amir Temur Mausoleum in Samarkand, Registan Complex and other historical and cultural monuments.
On the same day guests departed for Tajikistan.
