Kurash players Mukhsin Khisomiddinov and Gulnor Sulaymonova become world champions
The 12th Kurash World Championship has ended within the framework of the World Martial Arts Festival, in South Korea.
Among the men in heavyweight (+100 kg), the Uzbek fighter Mukhsin Khisomiddinov beat all his rivals and was again recognized as the strongest, absolute winner of the tournament. Now he has become a three-time world champion. In the final battle, he defeated the famous athlete from Iran, Jafar Pahlavonijahar.
The eminent kurash player, world and continent champion Gulnor Sulaymonova claimed for the gold medal. She defended her title, defeating all peers.
