Acting First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development Ulugbek Kasimkhujayev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India Vinod Kumar, completing his diplomatic mission to Uzbekistan.

The parties noted the high level of bilateral relations in tourism, intensification of cooperation between the tourism business of the two countries, including in the direction of mutual promotion of tourism potential of the two countries abroad.

Implementation of joint projects and initiatives in tourism industry were also considered and new potential areas for joint activities were identified at the meeting.

Following the meeting, U.Kasimkhujayev expressed gratitude for the personal contribution of the Ambassador of India to progressive development of bilateral partnership between the two countries in tourism industry.
