On April 22, 2019, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine Yuriy Savchenko, completing his diplomatic mission to Uzbekistan.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the parties discussed the development prospects of multifaceted Uzbekistan – Ukraine relations, primarily in trade-economic sphere, where there is a significant untapped potential.

At the meeting, Ambassador's long-term activity on strengthening bilateral relations was highly appreciated.

The Ambassador expressed his gratitude for supporting his diplomatic activities in Uzbekistan.
