Inha University in Tashkent held a roundtable discussion on “The national statistics: theory and practice”.
The resolution of the President of Uzbekistan “On measures for improving activities of the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan” of July 31, 2017 served as the basis for raising the activity of the sphere to a new level.
Partnership with international statistical, economic and financial organizations increasingly strengthens. In particular, the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan established close cooperation with the Economic Commission for Europe, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Asian Development Bank and other prestigious international organizations.
Responsible officials of the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan provided detailed information on implemented activities in the sphere.
