On October 30, a media forum on “Modern trends in youth media space: blogger and social media” took place in Bukhara Youth Center.
The forum, organized within the framework of Uzbekistan – Russia Youth Festival, was attended by members of Uzbekistan Youth Union, representatives of the media sphere of the two countries.
The coverage of young people’s life in the mass media, development of electronic media, the impact of social networks on the minds of youth, the experience of training journalists was discussed at the event.
Representatives of Russia’s media sphere expressed their views on working with the audience in the process of disseminating information, the role and importance of the Internet in establishing interethnic dialogue, on covering large-scale international events.
Press secretaries of Bukhara region’s khokimiyat and other local government bodies attended the media forum.
