Military delegation of Tajikistan visited Samarkand

A military delegation led by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan Sherali Mirzo visited Samarkand.
The guests, accompanied by the Minister of Defense of Uzbekistan Abdusalom Aziziov visited Imam Bukhari complex. The military personnel from Tajikistan were informed about invaluable heritage of great muhaddis in development of Islamic culture, constructive activities, carried out during the years of independence on the site, associated with the name of this great person.
Currently, reconstruction of the complex and construction of Imam Bukhari International Research Center are being carried out at the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Then, the Minister of Defense of Tajikistan visited the Scientific-enlightenment memorial complex named after the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov and laid flowers at his grave.
Guests were particularly impressed by architecture of the complex in the spirit of national architecture and conditions for visitors. Members of the military delegation of Tajikistan also visited Khoja Doniyor and Amir Temur mausoleums, Registan square.
Activities of the Central military district, conditions created for military personnel, the process of training-tactical exercises of military personnel aroused great interest among delegation members.
