On July 16-18 this year, a training seminar was held on the topic "Organization and conduct of a sample survey of land plots on a trial basis of dehkan (personal subsidiary) farms in the Tashkent region, Kibray district" in the Center for Retraining of Personnel and Statistical Studies and the Kibray Hokimiat, a special working group, chairmen of the meeting of citizens of mahallas, activists of makhallas.

The main objective of the organization and conduct of the sample survey is to ensure the implementation of paragraph 23 of the Program of Measures approved by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-3165 of July 31, 2017 pursuant to this program ensuring the implementation of the Strategy of Action approved by the Chairman of the State Statistics Committee on September 25, 2017 No. 01/1 -01-8-84, as well as preparations for a qualitative micro-census of land owners in 2020 with the formation of key indicators characterizing the participation of the population in the production and processing of agricultural products. Including:

- formation of information resources on the state and structure of agriculture, the availability and use of its resource potential;

  - improvement of the statistical accounting system in the field of agriculture;

- expansion of the information base for international comparisons.

  The main tasks of the sample survey are:

- expansion of the system of indicators for agricultural statistics;

- improvement of methods for organizing data collection on dehkan (personal subsidiary) holdings;

- creation of the necessary information basis for a significant improvement in the quality of agricultural calculations and analysis.

Sample surveys are predetermined based on Order No. 66 of June 14, 2018, approved by the Chairman of the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on statistics, in the meetings of the citizens of the makhallas "NAVRUZ"," ALISHER NAVOI", "PULAT KADAM", "DARKHAN", "HOSILDOR", "YANGI YUL "," BAKHOR "," ISTIKLOL "on August 6-20 this year in the Kibray district.

8 (10%) were selected for conducting sample surveys in this area, out of 86 gatherings of makhalla citizens, out of 38798 total dehkan (personal subsidiary) farms - 4040 (10.4%).
