International conference on “Current problems of gastroenterology” was held in Andijan. 

Professors, teachers of Uzbekistan, practitioners working in gastroenterology, foreign scientists, students attended the conference organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly with Andijan State Medical Institute. 

Reports related to the subject were heard at the conference. The master classes provided broad information on introduction of advanced methods of treatment in practice, identification and treatment of diseases at an early stage, elimination of existing problems, new methods of treating the liver, chronic and acute diseases of the pancreas. 

Scientists from the Republic of Belarus delivered lectures and conducted master classes.
