President of the United States of America Donald Trump warmly welcomed the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the occasion of his visit to the United States. 

The message of greetings was read at a solemn reception organized on September 21 this year in honor of the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev with participation of businesspeople of Uzbekistan and the United States. 

The greetings reflect the current state of dynamically developing relations of Uzbekistan and the United States and confirms the unanimity of the Presidents of the two states in issues of further strengthening of bilateral cooperation.

Melania and I send our greetings to all those attending the dinner hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the American Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce. 

On behalf of the American people, we extend our warmest welcome to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on his visit to the United States of America. Since 1992, Uzbekistan has developed into an important partner in our shared efforts to improve security, stability, and prosperity in the Central Asian region. 

The United States values our Uzbek partners who strengthen the relationship between our two nations through economic investment, cultural exchange, and cooperation on many levels. America will continue to grow the bonds of friendship and expand opportunities for future generations.
