Clause 51 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan states that «Citizens are obliged to pay statutory taxes and local dues».
According to articles 272 and 287 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan individuals and farms possessing taxable property and land areas are considered individual property and land tax payers.
The due date for payment of property and land taxes by individuals for the taxation period is no later than October 15th of the reporting year.
Property and land taxes paid by individuals to local budgets are directed to furnishing and developing the economy of cities and districts, as well as fulfilling social needs of the population.
You can pay calculated taxes in any bank branch or by using МBANK, CLICK or U-PAY modern methods of payment.
The amount of unpaid tax is subject for daily fining in accordance with the legislation, and the debt is to be obligatorily collected by the Court decision.
So don’t forget to pay property and land taxes before October 15th.
