The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, will take part in the solemn events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana city on July 5-6, 2018.

Exactly 25 years ago, on July 2, 1992, the Law "On the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted. The state emblem is one of the main symbols of the state, embodying the history of the nation, its present and future.

On July 2, 2018 delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, led by the Chairperson of the Friendship Group Bulgaria – Uzbekistan of the Parliament, deputy Adlen Shukri Shevked arrives in Tashkent.

On June 25, 2018, an International Conference on “Reforms and prospects of reforming the electric power industry – the experience, conclusions and disproved myths” will be held in Hyatt Regency Tashkent hotel. 

On June 20, 2018, delegation of the Economic Cooperation Organization led by Secretary General Halil Ibrahim Akca will arrive in Tashkent. 

On June 19, 2018, delegation of South Korean Hyundai Motor Group led by President of the company Seong Gwon Han will visit Tashkent. 

On June 15, 2018, delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan will participate in Uzbekistan – Moldova political consultations at the level of deputy heads of foreign affairs departments in the city of Chisinau. 

On June 11, 2018, delegation of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, led by Secretary General Thomas Greminger will arrive in Tashkent. 

The summit, which will include leaders of eight SCO member-states for the first time, is scheduled to be held 9-10 June 2018 in Qingdao, China.
