President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Imran Khan continued negotiations with the participation of official delegations of the two countries. Issues of developing cooperation in the political, trade-economic, investment, transport and transit, tourism and educational spheres were discussed.

On July 15, 2021, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov met with the Member of the CPC Central Committee, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Wang Yi, who arrived in Tashkent on an official visit, as well as to attend the High-Level International Conference “Central and South Asia: Regional Connectivity. Challenges and Opportunities”, Uzbekistan MFA reports.
