On April 5, a meeting with a delegation led by Randy Berry, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State of the USA for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, was held at the National Human Rights Centre of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 

Fergana hosted the business forum, which was attended by representatives of Kyrgyz and Uzbek business activity. 

Uzstandard Agency hosted a press conference at the National Press Center of Uzbekistan. 

On April 4, passenger trains of local directions of reconstructed Southern Railway Station began running. The first train has run from Tashkent to Bukhara.
