Voting continues at all 980 polling stations in Ferghana region.

Over 2 thousand 900 voters are registered at the 66th polling station in Teliming village of Danger district. 84 of them will take part in the elections for the first time. 

People start coming to the polling stations early in the morning. The national anthem of our country is played and voting starts. In accordance with national traditions, the elderly voted first. 

-I am seventy-five years old,- said Erkin-ota Nazirov. - The peace and tranquility of the country is our greatest asset. And for that we are grateful to the Almighty. The elections of President of Uzbekistan will contribute to further improve the lives of people. 

47 polling stations have been established in Toshloq district, where over 130 thousand voters are using voting rights today. All conditions are created for efficient operation of the precinct election commissions . Polling stations are equipped with modern computers and communications equipment, furniture, legal literature and manuals on elections, infographics. There are rooms of mother and child, medical offices. 

Voting also commenced in the 523th polling station in Zarkent village. 

- The members of the commission in vehicles and with mobile ballot boxes will visit the voter’s houses, who are unable to come to the polling station, - says chairman of the precinct election commission Kodirjon Teshaboev. - Voters are very active. They are well aware for what they are casting their vote. People are deeply aware of the importance of this political event for the present and future of the country, its development .
