On December 10, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will take part in the next meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council via videoconference.

The event will be chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. It is envisaged that the leaders of Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, as well as Cuba in the status of the head of state-observer in the organization, will attend the event.

In accordance with the agenda, the current issues of deepening integration processes within the EAEU and improving the activities of this multilateral structure will be considered.

Uzbekistan has been an observer at the Eurasian Economic Union since December last year.
