A memorandum was signed between “Japan digital university in Tashkent” and “The information computing center” SUE of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Taking into account the issue of staffing to organize the work of the Information Computing Center with high performance and results to ensure the quality of implementation of the relevant resolution and decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 14, 2021 given that universities have a high contribution to the training of personnel and are responsible for supporting young programmers in the implementation of state policy on training in the field of IT, and in the implementation of these tasks, including:

- Cooperation in attracting staff in the field of IT;

- Professional development of information and computer center staff;

-Introduction of new software using modern computer and server technologies;

-Further improvement and expansion of financial system databases using modern technologies;

- The gradual introduction of "artificial intelligence" technologies in the development of the financial system.    

Based on the above, on August 26, 2021, the Information Computing Center of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Japanese Digital University in Tashkent signed a memorandum of understanding.

The purpose of this Memorandum is to establish mutually beneficial relations between the parties, to conduct joint research activities, to hold joint conferences, seminars, to increase the efficiency and practicality of the educational process of students, information technology, improving the quality of training, assisting university students in their subsequent internships. For the students of the University, the Organization conducts master classes, trainings and advanced training courses, as well as scientific-practical conferences and seminars with the involvement of leading specialists.

The Parties will develop cooperation in the field of information, materials, software products and information promotion of exhibitions and other events related to information technology and education.
