Meeting with UNICEF Representative in Uzbekistan

On September 17, 2020, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the newly appointed UNICEF Representative in Uzbekistan, Munir Mammadzade.
M. Mammadzade presented to the Minister a letter from UNICEF Executive Director Henrietta Fore about his appointment to Uzbekistan.
The parties considered the current state and priority areas for further development of interaction between Uzbekistan and UNICEF, in particular projects aimed at protecting the rights and interests of children.
