During the visit, colleagues were introduced to the reforms and the results achieved. In particular, it was noted that the introduction of a flat scale of tax on personal income, a decrease in unified social payment had a positive impact on legalization of the number and wage fund.

In the course of the discussions, special attention was paid to the administration of value added tax. Colleagues discussed and shared their experiences in identifying “unscrupulous” taxpayers.

Also, a new edition of the draft Tax Code was presented.

At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed interest in continuing mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in the field of tax policy and tax administration.
