Delegation of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation arrives in Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan and Russia effectively cooperate in development of medicine and education, implementation of new projects in healthcare.
The current visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation to Uzbekistan, led by Minister Veronika Skvortsova, is a logical continuation of efforts on strengthening bilateral relations in health development.
A meeting of the delegation members with Minister A. Shadmanov will be held at the Ministry of Health. At the meeting the parties will discuss the plans for implementation of joint projects in health and medical education. The tasks on organizing joint international faculties and educational programs will be determined.
As reported by the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Health, members of the delegation will also visit the republican specialized scientific practical medical centers, private clinics, institutions that provide primary medical care, medical higher education institutions, where they will become acquainted with the progress of reforms in healthcare of Uzbekistan.
