On January 21-25, Uzbekistan delegation led by the Minister of Public Education Sherzod Shermatov attended the Education World Forum, in London.
The forum was attended by education ministers and experts from more than 100 countries. Issues of education development were discussed.
Meetings with Uzbekistan delegation were held within the framework of the forum. At the meeting with employees of the United Kingdom education system, issues of improving the quality of education and improving learning English in Uzbekistan were discussed.
Uzbekistan delegation also held meetings with representatives of Cambridge Assessment International Education, Bridge International Academies, Education First (Sweden) and other organizations.
The partners expressed a desire to cooperate in Uzbekistan English teachers’ knowledge examination, introduction of an online training monitoring platform, and an online English language training system.
Uzbekistan delegation also took part in Dialogues on Education Program of the British Council.
