On June 12, Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for Fergana region to become familiar with construction and landscaping activities carried out at places, the course of socio-economic reforms, as well as for conducting dialogue with people. 

It should be recalled that during the trip to Fergana region on June 22-23, 2017, the Head of the state gave instructions on continuing construction activities, accelerating development of tourism, industry, agriculture, the provision of services, creating decent living conditions for the population. In accordance with these instructions, a large-scale work has been carried out in the region. New industrial enterprises have been created, production and export volumes have increased. Modern housing, infrastructure facilities have been erected. 

During this trip, it is planned to become acquainted with new projects, hold meetings with entrepreneurs and investors, representatives of public. Further important tasks on socio-economic development of the region will be outlined.
