At the event, held within the framework of the military cooperation program of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan with the armies of the world's leading states, the Military Attaché of the German Embassy in Uzbekistan Lieutenant-Colonel Joerg Fisher told about the specifics of the organization of the armed forces of his country. 

The guest positively estimated that in Uzbekistan, due to the high percentage of young people, the overwhelming majority of young men seek to serve in the national army, whereas in Germany, there are certain problems in this matter due to the rapid aging of the nation. 

Students of the Higher Courses on training officers of the command level, the faculty for improvement of professional skill of the Academy of the Armed Forces, listened to the lecture with great interest. 

"The speech of the German Military Attaché helped us to enrich ourselves with valuable information about the army of one of the leading states of the world", said Major Golibjon Karimov. "After all, we are also building the national army of Uzbekistan on the basis of studying the best practices of foreign armies".
