Ambassador of Kazakhstan visits Karakalpakstan

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan Yerik Utembayev has arrived in Karakalpakstan.
At the meeting with the guest, the chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan M.Yerniyazov informed about the ongoing activities on further expanding the strategic partnership between the two countries and strengthening interregional cooperation.
Y.Utembayev noted the great potential for interregional partnership in the spheres of agriculture, science, education, tourism, medicine, and pharmaceuticals.
At Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan met with the leaders of higher educational institutions of the republic.
The guest also visited the logistics center in Khodjeyli district, Nukus Polymer LLC and the joint venture Nukus Electroapparat.
