Meeting with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan Erik Utembaev was held at “Uzbekkino” National Agency.

At the meeting it was noted that cooperation between our countries is actively developing in all spheres, including in cinematography. Issues of organization of Uzbek cinema days in Astana this year, as well as implementation of other joint projects were discussed. 

- This year in Kazakhstan is declared as the Year of Uzbekistan, - says Erik Utembaev. - This expands opportunities for implementation of many joint projects which will help to bring our relations to a new level. I think that cinema will make a great contribution to demonstrate world community glorious history, great personalities of our nations, historical monuments of the two countries, which contributes to further development of tourism in Central Asia.
