The delegation led by the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani visited the historic center of Bukhara.
The center of the city includes world-famous architectural monuments with a centuries-old history.
The guests became acquainted with the Ark fortress, the Kalon minaret, the Kalon mosque and Mir Arab madrassa, which are part of Poyi Kalon complex, as well as other sights. The history and architecture of Kalon mosque, which accommodates 10 thousand people, and conditions created for visitors made a great impression on guests.
The delegation of Afghanistan visited the memorial complex of Bakhouddin Naqshbandi in Kagan district, visited the burial site of the founder and a major figure of Naqshbandiyya teachings.
Thereupon, the visit of the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani to our country ended.
