Tashkent City will become a modern center of Tashkent

On October 28, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with the project of this center. 

Tashkent City will become an international business center. The area of the modern complex, which will be located between the streets of A.Navoi, Olmazor, I.Karimov and Furkat, will be 80 hectares. In accordance with the project, business centers, shopping centers, hotels, offices, a congress hall, exhibition halls, modern multi-storey apartments, restaurants, an artificial lake and fountains, social and other objects will be built on the territory of Tashkent City. 

To this end, a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures of improving the architectural appearance and the central part of the city of Tashkent, as well as creation of appropriate conditions for the population and guests of the capital” of July 28, 2017 was adopted. In accordance with this document, a directorate is established under the Cabinet of Ministers for the construction and operation of facilities in the territory of Tashkent City International Business Center. 

Currently, activities are being carried out on preparing the territory for construction. Leading domestic and foreign design institutes, foreign investors are involved in the design and construction of the center. 

The President of our country got acquainted with the projects and plans of the modern center, at the construction site. The tasks facing the customers and builders, organizational and financial issues were discussed. Instructions were given on improvement of projects and implementation of construction works at the appointed time.
