President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Topkapi Palace during his stay in Istanbul.

This historical complex, built in the XV century, was the residence of representatives of the Ottoman dynasty for many centuries. In 1923 the palace became a museum. Currently, there are more than 65 thousand exhibits in its fund. 

The Head of our state got acquainted with the history of the palace and the exposition of the museum.
