In accordance with Presidential Decree from December 28, 2016 Khudaibergenov Tursinkhan Aydarovich appointed State Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to oversee and coordinate the work with appeals of individuals and legal entities, freeing him from the post of Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
